Andre Agassi Former Tennis Player

Andre Agassi, fully known as Andre Kirk Agassi, (born April 29, 1970, Las Vegas, Nevada, US), is an American professional tennis player who has won eight Grand Slam titles and a "Grand Slam career" with each of the four major wins. tennis tournaments — Wimbledon, Australian Open, French Open, and US Open — at least once.

At the age of 2, he was able to play tennis in a packed stadium. At the age of 13, he was sent to a tennis school in Bradenton, Florida, run by Nick Bolletieri, who later became his coach. In 1987 Agassi won his first professional competition. By winning six tournaments in 1988, a short-haired right-hand man with a strong front began to attract attention. Agassi's beauty, the courtroom's glamorous wardrobe, and his good looks made him popular with the media, and the tag line of one of his brands— “The Image Is All” —is a bit short of Agassi's imagination among other tennis fans. He also annoyed tennis fans by refusing to play at Wimbledon because of the event's style of dress and the grass of its courts.

Agassi also highlighted his charitable programs, including the establishment of the Andre Agassi Foundation (1994) to help vulnerable children. In 2001 he opened the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy, a Las Vegas-based free school open to disadvantaged children. His autobiography, Open, was published in 2009.
